Each ml LEVOSHIN VET Oral Solution contains:

Levofloxacin (as Hemihydrate) USP 100 mg.

Indications:

LEVOSHIN VET Oral Solution is used to treat and control bacterial infections in poultry. It is indicated for many infections, including colibacillosis, fowl cholera, and infectious coryza. It is a highly efficacious treatment against drug-resistant bacteria, but it is recommended after other treatments fail.

Levofloxacin belongs to the medicine family called a third-generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic. It works by blocking bacterial reproduction. LEVOSHIN VET is effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Enterobacter, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, E. coli, and Haemophiles.

Dosage and Administration

Oral administration only.

Poultry: 1 ml/1-2 L drinking water for 3-5 days.

Or as directed by the registered Veterinary physician.

Storage Conditions

This medication should be stored in a dark, dry location between 20-25°C. The bottle should be sealed tightly when not in use.

Withdrawal Period

There is a withdrawal time of 9 days for meat and 9 days for eggs.
